Senator Kelly moved that SENATE BILL NO. 84 am be returned to second reading for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 2. Senator Kelly offered Amendment No. 2 : Page 6, line 14: delete "$15" and insert "$10" Senator Kelly moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 2. Senator Little objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?" The question being: "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 84 am "An Act relating to fees for identification cards and certain motor vehicle licenses and permits; to licenses issued to drivers and to revocation of a license to drive; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Adams gave notice of reconsideration.
